Alterations and additions to 19th Century historical semidetached building on a 98 sq. m. site. To create maximum space in the small building, a stair and powder room are added in the narrow gap against the adjoining building. The first floor is dissected, and together with a glass bridge allows for ample light to be brought deep inside the ground floor.
