New residence in Woollahra's historical conservation area on triangular block adjoining native park. Composition of the building responds in dual way: to the historical streetscape and to the openness of the park. Extensively used Australian timber iron bark provides visual transition between urban character of the street and park.

The brief called for a 16 m lap pool that was situated to provide an intimate relationship with the lush landscaping of the park.
