The project included the refurbishment of the winery and the addition of a new restaurant. The wine making area is a large volume, two storey central space. Accessing the building at the upper level, visitors have the opportunity to overlook the wine making process. The walkway to the restaurant is suspended above the wine tanks, while the restaurant itself overlooks the vines. The external space provides a large open area for alfresco concerts.
