Beachfront, 7 bedroom week-ender in Seasalter, Whitstable, UK on northern slope with limited access of sun in winter months. The composition of the building focused on taking advantage of sweeping views to the ocean and creating internal courtyard space allowing access of winter sun to Living Areas. Response to steep site involved creating sculptural external stairs providing seating for enjoyment of views of the sea.

Project included involvement of local architect Mervyn Gulvin.
